Preparation of mechanical and electrical drawings and calculation reports for HVAC systems, Heating & Cooling Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Power Distribution Systems, Cable Containment, Single Line Diagrams, Load Scedules, Earthing and Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Anouncement Systems, Telephone & Data Systems, Security Systems, Music Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Building Managment Systems (BMS)

• Preparation of Project Management Plans, defining and adopting project management procedures, including integration of process groups and Change Management process;
• Preparation of Scope Management Plan, basing on developed Work Breakdown Structure;
• Preparation of Project Budget and defining & implementation of project cost control procedures;
• Preparation of Project Schedule, basing on time base-line, resources and procurement;
• Preparation of Quality Management Plan, basing of Specification and Client requirements;
• Preparation of Procurement Strategy, coordination of procurement process with Installment schedule and cost control procedures, and management of procurement contracts;
• Preparation of Resource Management Plan, including project team acquisition process and sub-contractors engagement;
• Preparation of Risk Management Plan, basing on Project Charter and for each process group;
• Preparation of effective Communication Plan- across the Client’s team, project team, Authority and other stakeholders

• Quality Assurance- Preparation of Quality Management Plan, defining and adopting of Quality Management Procedures on site, Review of the Project Design Documentation, implementation of Material Approval Process and Installation Method of Statement preparation and approval processes;
• Quality Control- control of the site activities, compliance of the installation processes, according to the approved Methods of Statement; checking of the materials quality on site; Preparation of Notifications for Inspection (NFI) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR); Managing of the quality control processes on site;
• Testing & Commissioning- Preparation of Testing & Commissioning Plan and the T&C Methods of Statements for each system and equipment; undertaking of testing & commissioning works on site, in accordance with internationally recognized best practices and manufacturer recommendations;
• Handover- managing of handover processes for each discipline and system between the Client and Executor; preparation of the Project Handover Dossiers and compliance of the completed project with Specifications and other contractual obligations

• Preparation of feasibility reports for various projects and works, defining of key performance indicators, presentations of high level executive summary;
• Preparation of detailed analysis and reports for various solutions and options for implementation of various projects;
• Preparation of initial tender documentation for construction or design projects, including BOQ and Specification documents

• Preparation and adopting of Facilities Management Plans on early and later stages of the projects, basing on Operational needs;
• Preparation and adopting of the Manuals for Tenants and Residents during occupation of the buildings, basing of the standards applied to the building construction, centralized system specifics, logistic processes, HSE procedures and operational needs;
• Preparation and adopting of the Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PPM) and Checklists for Hard Facilities, basing on the building system specifics and manufacturer recommendations;
• Calculation of leasable area, preparation of GLA plans and load factors for each type of real estate property, basing on BOMA / ANSI standards;
